For all website orders via a secure login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over $100.00, within Metro Perth. Standard delivery is otherwise charged at $10.00 per carton and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, subject to availability of the products you have ordered. Please allow extra days for local holidays, AU national holidays, weekends, and sale time. Shipping charges are not included in your online order and you do not need to make any payments on our website. Once your order is placed, we will contact you for the shipping charges and payment options.

Offer Order Codes

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of ELITE GLOBAL, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Return & Refund Policy

Claims for return to be made within Five (5) days of receipt of goods. In case goods are in damaged condition or not as required, will be replace with the substitute or similar product/s on the availability or if not, than the credit will be issued, but subject to Elite Global approval. If the above conditions of claiming within the specified time period are not met, then the claim will not be accepted. Any Postage or Courier charges for returning the goods to us will be paid by customer.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Prices are exclusive of GST.

Payment Terms

30 Days may be provided for selected Customer on approval from the management. Statement will be emailed at the end of the month. Customers are expected to pay on invoice.
